The Applitech AI Series Intelligent Pump Controller (AIPC) is an off-the-shelf pump controller designed to be installed, configured at the HMI, and put into production without writing custom code. It is SCADA-ready, built from proven industrial components, and ships with a critical failsafe layer that protects the process if the primary processor or sensor fails.
Overview
AIPC handles both pump-up applications (tank and pressure maintenance) and pump-down applications (sump and wet-well). It drives up to four pumps using VFDs, soft starters, or across-the-line starters, and accepts inputs from analog level sensors, secondary flow sensors, or float switches. Operators configure the unit from password-protected HMI screens with step-by-step prompts.

SCADA and communications
AIPC is SCADA-ready out of the box. A Modbus serial or Modbus TCP/IP Ethernet port is standard, and the unit can ship with an integral radio, leased-line modem, dial-up modem, or wireless Ethernet adapter. AIPC pairs seamlessly with the Applitech Universal SCADA Engine for multi-site rollouts.
